One blog I subscribe to is The Armchair Genealogy. In her blog this week Lynn introduced a ten step plan to getting your citations under control. Her approach is very straight forward, and makes the process very systematic, one line at a time and one ancestor at a time. I've decided I would start with my Stange line (my Stange line - specifically Helena Cleff, will be one of my focus ancestors when I go to Salt Lake in a couple months). As I work through my Stange line, maybe I'll find information I already have, but didn't realize I had. Completing the citation process on Helena, I'll be able to effectively create a To Do list for Helena and her parents. I'll do the same for Marietta Wallace once Helena is finished.
